Kurt Mensching who authors the excellent blog, Mack Avenue Tigers, recently got an award for the work he does in his day job - writing for the Marquette Mining Journal. He was named Top Sports Columnist in his newspaper class (based on circulation size). Congraulations Kurt!
Now we know why he has not been updating his blog lately. It's not because he has given up on the Tigers. It's because he's been incredibly busy. He promises to relaunch Mack avenue Tigers in the fall.
