Toledo Mud Hens (AAA)
Record: 51-42

Humberto Sanchez gave up 6 runs in 4 2/3 innings last night. He has now pitched 42.1 innings and has a 3.19 ERA and 35/14 K/BB ratio. He had a 1.76 ERA and 86/27 k/bb ratio in 71.2 innings for Erie. Former top Texas Rangers prospect Colby Lewis has a 3.57 ERA and 76/27 ratio in 108.1 innings. Journeyman Chad Durbin has a 2.71 ERA and 97/25 ratio in 119.2 innings. Jordan Tata has a 3.57 ERA and 54/24 ratio in 70.2 IP…..The leading hitters are Josh Phelps (.311/.367/.538) and Ryan Raburn (.287/.370/.524).

Erie SeaWolves (AA)
Record: 39-50

Jair Jurrjens has a 2.00 ERA and 20/9 ratio over 27 innings in his first 53 starts for Erie. He went 2.08 59/10 in 73.2 innings for Lakeland. Brian Rogers has a 2.19 ERA and 56/14 ratio in 53.1 innings as a reliever.....Tony Giarratano has torn his right anterior cruciate ligament and is expected to undergo surgery….He had been hitting better before the injury but overall he had a disappointing season: 283/.340/.390 with 15 stolen bases. Brent Clevlen has 5 hits in his last 2 games but has been struggling mightily most of the season hitting .226/.307/.339.


Lakeland Tigers (A+)

Jeff Larish is not hitting for average but is drawing walks and hitting for power: .248/.363/.473….. Kevin Ardoin has a 3.32 ERA and 53/11 ratio in 105.2 innings. Dallas Trahern has a 3.76 ERA and 66/27 ratio in 105.1 innings.

West Michigan Whitecaps (A)
First half: 41-26

Second half: 17-5

Ramon Garcia, one of the organization’s best performers this year, is on the disabled list with a sore shoulder. He has a 1.92 ERA and 55/11 k/bb ratio in 75 innings. Other starters having good seasons are Lucas French (107 IP, 3.45 ERA and 67/26 k/bb ratio), Sendy Vazquez (90.1/,3.09/72/34) and Burke Badenhop (115/3.29/80/20). Three relievers having strong seasons for the Whitecaps are: Orlando Perdomo (34/2.38/38/7), Anthony Claggett (40.2/0.895/40/13) and Matthew Rusch (50.1/1.25/44/6)…..19 year old Cameron Maybin is tearing up the Midwest League batting .323/.426/.502 with 19 SB in only 21 attempts. He is also reportedly playing great defense. Michael Holliman is batting .277/.388/.463 but at 24 is old for the league and hopefully will be moved up soon.

Oneonta Tigers (A-)

Record: 13-10

Christopher Cody has a 2.28 ERA and 18/8 ratio in his first 23.2 innings. After 12 scoreless innings over 3 appearances, Casey Fien has a 1.29 ERA and 16/4 ratio in 21 innings…..Some top draft picks making their professional debuts for Oneonta are Scott Sizemore (.292/.333/.417), Ronald Bourquin (.276/.427/.342) and Brennan Boesch (.261/.298/.489).

GCL Tigers (Rookie)
