How can you say that the Tigers would be better off trading Granderson when you don&#39;t what the return would be? Despite his problems versus lefties, he is still a valuable player that would be difficult to replace. They would need to get an awful lot to make the trade worthwhile. I think Detroit would stand a lot better if they trade Granderson. He is not the greatest ballplayer on the club (by far), he is atrocious &amp; a liability against lefties, &amp; he is not a lead-off batter that is for sure (his BA &amp; OB% point to that, oh &amp; he cannot hit lefties). Is he liked in Detroit? Sure, but if we can trade him while he is young &amp; has value I hope we do it. <br

The thing about Curtis (and you mention it) he is a great guy. Stats aside, he is the guy you like to have on your team. I like wearing my Granderson Jersey to Comerica Park, even if he isn&#39;t having a good season. I would rather root for a team of Grandersons than a team of Alex Rodriguez&#39; even if the latter always beats the former.<br /><br />I don&#39;t know who the Tigers could get
